First of all thanks for all your comments and tips to my last post about my french friend wanting to apply for a Elite Visa to come to Thailand as soon as possible. 

One more question, please. 

As he is now in Israël and has double nationality : French and Israeli, 

is it better to use his Israeli passport, or his french one?
