hi Pals, need your advice. 

My friend is holding a 3-months business visa in Bangkok now. 

is there Any way that he (French passport) can extend to another 2-3 months in Bangkok without having to fly overseas?

at your local immigration office. Depends where you are as some places have satellite offices that won’t do a non B. For example in Phuket it’s only the main office in Phuket Town that you can apply. In Bangkok it’s Chaengwattana not IT Sqaure.
