Is the DTV visa suitable for expatriates working remotely for a non-Thai company in Thailand?
Hello. Is the DTV visa suitable for the work of a French or other expatriate living and working in Thailand for a non-Thai company, particularly in digital marketing? All your work has to be abroad and nothing to do with Thailand.
You dont employ Thais you are confused with the rule of obtaining a Work Permit to work in a Thai company.

If you work remotely for that French company and will have no interaction with Thai entities or clients inside Thailand that's OK. But the company needs to provide a letter to this effect
