What is the best way to present my employment situation when applying for a DTV visa in Thailand?

Hi, I’m going to apply for the DTV soon and just wanted opinions on what would be the most accepted work. I’m a landlord in the UK with 3 properties and also a self employed stock market investor. I can’t decide whether to put both down or just one - any advice would be appreciated if you’ve been in either of these situations? Thanks

My point of view:

a Landlord is the person who walks with you during the inspection before renting the house, handles the contract, hands over the keys and shows up in case needed to fix things.

a Landlord does not need permission to sit 6 years in a foreign country far way from the property.
