Hi guys, due to covid i lost my freshly joined new job and will finish on 30 April, however my Non Immigrant B is until 13 May. Is it still valid until that date or it will automatically stop on the 30 April?

Also, how can i have an extension of 3 months, any way to have it without leaving the country?

Thanks in advance for all advise

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user's Non Immigrant B visa remains valid until May 13, regardless of job loss on April 30. To extend the visa for an additional 3 months without leaving Thailand, it is possible to apply for an extension of stay through the immigration office.

then you can stay until the 90 day stamp from that Non-B expires whether you stop working or not. Makes no difference, the entry stamp can't be cancelled

...are you on a new Non B for 90 first 90 days?

Or on an Extension of Stay for one year with your Non B?

Do you have a work permit? If you do it needs to be cancelled by you at the Labor Department.

Assuming it is still part of your original 90 B Visa - then May 13... If it is part of a B Visa Extension of Stay - then it would be immediate.
