I have a multi entry non O visa based on Thai spouse expiring in November.
I'm currently stamped in until 4 March 2021 but had it extended 60 days to 3 May 2021.
I will be having a divorce shortly.
1) Does my visa remain valid, can I re-enter Thailand with this visa?
2) Upon divorce, can I stay with my current stamp or have to leave immediately?
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the validity of their multi-entry non-O visa based on marriage after impending divorce, including re-entry into Thailand. According to the responses, the user's visa remains valid until the expiration date, regardless of divorce, and they can re-enter Thailand with the visa. They can also stay in Thailand with the current stamp after the divorce, as it is independent of the marital status.

Okay, IF you have a year long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai that you got from a thai consulate in another country which expires Nov 2021
AND
you had an entry stamp dated 4 March it means you entered the country around the 5 Dec 2020.
Then you applied for a 60 day extension and now your stamp is good until 3 May 2021.
To answer your questions;
1 - No, your VISA can't be cancelled whether you divorce or not it's good until it's "valid until" date stamped on the visa sticker
2 - Yes, even if you get divorced your current entry stamp and any extension on it is still valid (other than a year marriage extension).
And
if you could exit/re-enter the country you would get stamped back in with that visa for another 90 days like a Non-O multi-entry visa works
Oof a relief, can you confirm the previous commentor was wrong? My visa is still valid, despite me being past 90 days of stay because of the extension?
the previous comments were deleted. What Tod said is the truth. Your Multiple Entry Nob-O visa is valid until the “valid to”date on the sticker. A divorce *DOES NOT* cancel a Multiple Entry Non-O visa based on marriage, which is what you have.
