TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarity on whether their husband's 'no live trace' police report is sufficient for their OA visa application, having confirmed their own report as 'no trace'. Responses indicate that a 'no live trace' report generally implies the person has no current active record, which may still be acceptable.

no live trace means he has a record that is spent.
