Is it worth using Issa Compass for DTV visa assistance?

Which type of DTV? How much total cost, including ฿ visa fee?

Visa fee is less than $500. Their fee will be much higher. Why risk full amount on something so cheap?

They only reply to messages for a few hours a day; otherwise, they’re impossible to reach. In my experience, my visa was expiring the very next day, so I went to the embassy in person to check the status. The embassy asked for additional documents and said they could approve it quickly if I submitted them right away. However, since I applied through ISSA Compass, I had to submit the documents through them—but they didn't reply at all until the next morning.
