 i am not traveling i am escaping :D by the way i follow all necessary precautions and for you I can tell I was key worker and all 2020 year when people hide in homes i was working . So dont tell me what i need to do :)

he will undergo 2 weeks of quarantine on arrival in thailand (effectively isolating himself from the human population) and be tested multiple times. if you go anywhere in public OR don't have a test in the next 2 weeks you will have more (probability adjusted) contribution to the spreading of the virus than him.

 there are less covid in Thailand, almost nothing! Which means the chances of spreading Covid once in Thailand is very very low while staying in Europe and spreading it :) so yes you should travel to a covid free place way more safer!

Yes Qatar are a good & reliable airline. They fly from Heathrow & Gatwick regulary.

 im walked around Heathrow5 more than 3 hours.

I not only saw the police, even talked to them...

No questions at all

 There was one police car by Entrance in Heathrow but i dont see any individual checks by police . So its fine .
