Hi,

I'm applying for soft power through an agent. 

  Question: is there any risk in emailing them my bank statements plus passport information? Mostly,  my bank statements have all my banking information. Sounds a little risky to share all that information. 

   Any advice appreciated. 🙏🏽

If you arenworried about the banking info, specifically the account number, just redact it and leave the last four digits.

For the passport, you are going to have to give them the data page without any information redacted.

How many months of the activity are you submitting with your DTV application?

What is the Agents fee for assisting you?

Do you have 500,000 Thai baht in any bank account in your name ONLY?

Whichever country the agent suggests is best.

If you use a trustworthy agency, you may trust them.

If not than NOT.

I would say avoid agencies if you are to afraid to use your own name on Social Media.

but lots of people have done this through an agent. I'm curious to know if it's safe or if they blacked some information out. Obviously not the amount of money or name etc.

Scragglemuffin0 if lots of people done it with agents and paid them commission it means you have to do it also?🤦‍♂️. The agent is not doing anything special what you cannot do yourself

GrayWallaby8130 I'm not good at those kind of things. I'd rather pay for peace of mind and probably cheaper than learning from my own mistakes. 👍🏽
