Anyone have any experience at embassies with their bank statements showing different home address'?
My business bank statement, personal bills, invoices, tax returns etc are detailing one address. But my personal bank statement is detailing my older address [its a property i own and have mortgage papers to prove but now my document database is getting pretty hefty]
the name is same on all statements of course

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice about issues related to address discrepancies on bank statements while dealing with embassies for visa applications. Their business and personal documents reflect one address, while a personal bank statement shows an older address. They are concerned about how this might affect their application, despite all documents being in the same name.
i have already but it will take 2 business days and they can only issue a new statement, so previous statements remain with older address [so it wont be a 6 months collection]
Anonymous participant it's not my business, but where are you applying? In most/all western countries, you do not need 6 months bank statement history.
In any case, you can simply explain that you just changed address recently. If the name and account details match, then I see no problem.
HCMC, well i changed addresses long time ago. But the address on the statement, i own that house. So technically its all legit but just looks a bit dodge to have different address on one item
Anonymous participant when I said "explain that you just changed address recently", I meant in a note in your visa application. you can just say you updated the bank address recently. if HCMC is in-person, they are hopefully helpful. Other people have posted here about various consulates/embassies.
