Hi guys! my TR visa will expire by the end of this month  is extending it for the 3Ed time still  possible ???

. Amnesty is finished. Finished on October 31. Do not listen to people who are telling you it is still continuing. You must now have a visa stamp in your passport or you are in overstay

yes you need some stamp till nov 30 and then leave or change visa right ? I'm not on amnesty anymore but curious

Do you mean the latest Covid related extension? Your TR would've either expired a long time ago or would only be a few weeks old at most...

Assuming you mean Covid related extensions you've been receiving then yes you can extend them. You either need a letter from your embassy or an email/screenshot saying your embassy doesn't issue the letter.
