Hello! Can 90-day reporting be done at a different office than my residential. Living in Chiang Mai but will be on Koh Samui when it's time. Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
You must complete your 90-day reporting at the immigration office corresponding to your residential address, which in your case is Chiang Mai. You can do this in person within 15 days before the due date up to 7 days after the due date. Alternatively, if you have previously reported in person, you can complete the reporting online during the same time frame. Some immigration offices may allow submissions by mail, so it’s advisable to contact the Chiang Mai office for confirmation. Additionally, if you change your address while in Thailand, you must report it within 24 hours.

You have to report change of address within 24 hrs, every time. If you stay at a hotel, they do it for you. But, if you are staying with a friend you both are supposed to go to immigration (or police) with their house book.

So, if you go to KS immigration, make sure you have story straight about where you are staying.

(Apologies if everyone knows this already)

You need to do it at the local immigration office where you live. You can do it *in person* 15 days before the due date UP TO 7 days after the due date.

You can do it online (if you done it in person before). You can do it online 15 days prior UP TO the due date.

*SOME* immigration offices let you submit it by mail. Contact the Chiang Mai office for more information about their requirements.
