TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a visa to visit another country, you need to submit separate applications based on your individual passports, regardless of your marital status. It's essential to check the specific requirements of the embassy of the country you wish to visit, as some jurisdictions may have unique rules. Generally, you can apply from your current country of residence, which in this case would likely be Thailand, but check the embassy guidelines for detailed requirements and whether additional documents like marriage certificates are needed.

Most countries do not require you to apply from a specific country if you're just getting a tourist visa. But some do. It's hard to advise if we don't know what country your plan to visit.

You don't say your nationality but basically each of you have to submit your own individual applications to the embassy of your destination country from the country where you reside. There are exceptions but to travel to the UK, Europe or USA etc that is generally the case. First step is to decide where you want to go.

Which country do you want to visit. America is too dangerous and Europe is okay, except for the UK. Avoid that island as your life depends on it. Just bring her to Singapore or Japan if you want a western feel for her

the Thais hate the Chinese so China is out of the question. Korea is okay but the Thais would chose Japan over Korea. SE Asia is out of the question because she thinks that you are cheap. So she'll choose Japan just so she can tell her friends she is going to Japn for holiday. Itnis saving face.

America isn't really dangerous in most areas. It has bad parts and cities like any other country.

most areas? Usually the area that you want to visit are "woke area" and they are filled with criminals. You got homelessness in big cities and certain race robbing people in public. America is dangerous if you are not use to it.

I never said it was dangerous, I said it is not okay. If she wants a feel of the UK, just have her visit Little India in Pattaya.

It's all about your passports, not the fact you are married. You apply separately, the same as if you are not married, at the embassy of the country you want to visit.

You would in general apply from the country you are residing in. Depending on the country you're going to, you might have to get separate visas if your passorts are different nationalities. If you are married, might be best for her to apply with you as spouse.
