I plan on heading to Vientiane on Monday, to apply for a Non-O Volunteer visa. Just to clarify, what are the current requirements for a Non-O Volunteer visa at Vientiane? (have attached a photo, not sure if it's up to date).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current requirements for applying for a Non-O Volunteer visa in Vientiane typically involve having proof of the volunteer position and related documentation. Many applicants get the Volunteer visa before obtaining a work permit, and it's crucial to verify that the information is up to date as per the official source.

It's generally presumed you get a Volunteer visa before you get a work permit. I was asked, but I always said changing foundations.
