I am planning to visit Thailand to learn muy Thai but everyone that I have spoken to says I have to work in order to stay there for more than 2 3 months. I am a freelancer and I don't need a job. Can anyone guide me? I want to stay at least 6 months.
Thank you,

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on visa options for staying in Thailand for six months to learn Muay Thai without needing a traditional job, as they are a freelancer. Commenters suggest the DTV visa and the Education Visa, noting that the DTV visa is suitable and can be easily applied for online without agents. They also mention that some schools or gyms offer an education visa for training, encouraging the user to research which institutions provide this option.
