My wife and I will be extending our visas in Chiang Rai.
I have a Non-O (with work permit) & my wife a Non-O (following me).
My foundation admin has said we will need to show immigration our wedding certificate and ALSO a statutory declaration from an embassy stating we are married.
Is the statutory declaration for marriage really a requirement?
If yes, can I use one that we have from Bangkok many years ago?
Thanks for you help :-)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether a statutory declaration from an embassy confirming their marriage is required to extend their Non-O visas in Chiang Rai. They also inquire if an older statutory declaration from Bangkok is acceptable. Comments suggest checking directly with the Chiang Rai immigration office for the most accurate requirements.

, the only way you're really gonna know is for you and your wife (and maybe a competent thai speaker) to go to the immigration office BEFORE you need to get your extension and get the hand out or sheet that lists the requirements.
