They’ve been checking all along lately, there are even people being summoned to the embassy!!!! so that original documents can be shown...

jpg takes up too much mo and there is a limit for the document to be uploaded

It has to be the confirmation you download from the booking agent, not just a photo or screenshot.

What I’m at a loss to understand is WHY do you need proof of accommodation booking for an application for a tourist visa. I’ve been going to Thailand (from Oz) for over 30 years and never once have had to supply details. It’s normally up to the place you are staying to take your details and fill out a TM30 and lodge it with immigration advising them where you are staying..besides if you are travelling around the country you may have no idea where you are going to be let alone where you are staying.

Get AI to talk you through it, the correct format etc all accommodation docs in the same PDF and compressed if its too big. ( 300mb) they will ask if it's not correct. Check every step of the way.

You need booking confirmation, I can't really tell from your photo. If the Embassy accepts it as booking confirmation then you should be fine. I guess that doesn't really help. If it's not accepted then they will email you asking for proof of accommodation

Not sure using a hotel as address best to put a family's address in the UK to apply to or a visa.

Heather I booked a hotel for one week and payment is due 3 days before I arrive through booking.com I can cancel if I want to, not that I am cancelling it. I also booked a hotel for the remainder of the 60 days but again it's cancelled. I sent both hotel receipts and it was accepted.

If Nice and Easy bungalows emailed that receipt to you then it should be fine.

It says cash, so you havent paid for it yet? Better get a receipt of a paid one, many embassies require it paid, you can search the group for your embassy

No idea, but I suspect not. Either make a cancellable booking on booking.com or similar, or get a letter of invitation from the person with their Thai ID and a copy of their house book
