Hello. Can someone explain please according to the current rules of visa amnesty, if I leave on 28th, which is two days after visa amnesty expiration, will I have overstay counted from 26th or from the end of my last stamp?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current visa amnesty in Thailand runs until September 26th, and any overstay fines from March 26th to September 26th are waived. If you leave on September 28th, which is two days after the amnesty ends, you will incur an overstay penalty starting from September 26th, which would amount to a 2-day overstay fine of 1000 baht.

The current amnesty runs until the 26th of Sept, AND overstay fines and penalties are waived from March 26 until Sept 26th

SO as long as your original entry stamp expired AFTER March 26th (when amnesty started) if you leave on the 28th of Sept you'd overstay 2 days at 500 baht a day or 1000baht
