I have a Non O multi entry (spouse) visa which is due to expire early Oct, I am due to travel back to Thailand end of Sept, does the expiry of the Non O effect my 3 months in country or will I be fine when leaving and renew next time I return?
I did search but can't find any answers and unfortunately I'm away from my residency country so renewing before is impossible.
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The expiration of your Non O multi-entry visa will not affect your allowed stay in Thailand as long as you enter the country before the visa's expiration date. Upon entry, you will receive a stamp allowing you to stay for 90 days, regardless of your visa expiration. Therefore, you can travel back to Thailand at the end of September and stay for the full duration permitted by your visa.

A visa allows you entry in to Thailand up until the date of expiry. Enter on or before that date and you’ll get stamped in for the days the visa allows.
As you have a non O visa you’ll get stamped in for 90 days, regardless that the visa may expire within that time.
