Does my Non O multi-entry visa expiration affect my 3-month stay in Thailand?

I have a Non O multi entry (spouse) visa which is due to expire early Oct, I am due to travel back to Thailand end of Sept, does the expiry of the Non O effect my 3 months in country or will I be fine when leaving and renew next time I return?

I did search but can't find any answers and unfortunately I'm away from my residency country so renewing before is impossible.

A visa allows you entry in to Thailand up until the date of expiry. Enter on or before that date and you’ll get stamped in for the days the visa allows.

As you have a non O visa you’ll get stamped in for 90 days, regardless that the visa may expire within that time.

Makes no difference, dependant relative or marriage the OP will be stamped in for 90 days
