Delete if not allowed: I applied for a TR Visa through the e-visa website. Did they change it to once approved they send you a form to give to immigrations when you arrive and they will stamp you in for 60 days? You don't have to mail in your passport anymore?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, the process for the TR Visa has changed. Instead of mailing in your passport, once your e-Visa application is approved, you will receive a PDF file via email. This PDF serves as your visa, which you need to print and present at passport control upon arrival in Thailand. It's important to keep this document as you may need it for extensions at the immigration office.

Correct, there is no 'mail in your passport

they will email you a PDF file that has the eVisa in it,

PRINT it out and show it to passport control when you stamp in

Also keep it as you'll have to show it when/if you get an extension on it at the immigration office.

That PDF file IS your visa.
