Will my visa history affect my entry into Thailand on a METV?
I spent approx 120 days in Thailand last winter from the UK.
Received 60 days on arrival and then extended for a further 30 days at Immigration.
After 90 days i went to Vietnam for a 7 days and returned to Thailand and after a grilling at Passport control i got another 60 days(only used about 20 before returning to the UK) but was told in no uncertain terms that i would need a visa to do it again this winter.
So this year i have received 30 days at immigration and 60 at Passport control.
This winter i will apply for a METV and want to spend 4-5 months in Asia the question is will my record from my previous trip raise eyebrows when i arrive at Bangkok Immigration even though i will have a METV?
