How do I handle 90-day reporting for my visa after leaving and reentering Thailand?

I left the country 1 month after 90 day reporting (october). Got back another rmonth later.

Now my another 90 day reporting based on the slip I got initially should be done this month, (january), however I read that once you left the country it resets.

I didn’t get any new slip whatsoever at the airport with a new date for reporting.

Should I count the days myself or just go to imm based on the old slip and request a new one?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon reentering Thailand after leaving the country, the 90-day reporting requirement resets. You should count the days yourself starting from the day you arrived back in Thailand, which is considered day one. It's advisable to visit an immigration office to obtain a new reporting slip instead of relying solely on the old slip from your previous stay.

It resets . The day you came back is day one .

Ok, so I stopped by at immigration here at Bluport in HH as I was around anyway.

I asked at information, but they still called me in, but basically just replaced the paper with a different one that has a new date on it.

At least got it on paper and feel safer 🙂

The report is done when your are 90 days inside Thailand.

You left Thailand so you are not inside Thailand and the count of days being inside Thailand stopped at the moment you left.

The day you landed back into Thailand will be day number 1 and you start counting again all by yourself and make the report IF you stay 90 days inside Thailand.

If you decide to travel abroad again, the day you leave the count stops and the day your arrive back the count starts new with day number 1.

You need to count yourself and include the day you arrived back as day 1
