TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for your NON-O visa extension, you can withdraw below the 400,000 THB requirement as soon as your extension has been officially approved and inked in, which typically occurs after a 30-day under-consideration period. While there is no mandatory requirement to keep the funds in your bank during this period, many people prefer to maintain the balance as a precaution.
