Renewed retirement extension in Phuket today. All Ok, but one new requirement (to me) was a printed Google Map of my residence location โ˜†โ˜† showing the latitude and longitude in the search box โ˜†โ˜†

They wouldn't accept the map without that!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A recent update on the renewal of retirement extensions in Phuket reveals a new requirement to present a printed Google Map showing the residence's latitude and longitude in the search box. The application process may vary by location, as some offices may also require a hand-drawn map or have different policies.

This post is not going to be one to collect this-province-requires-which information.

Thank you all. Again, check your local office for their policy.

Thank you for the update.

Dear members, check with your local office for their requirements. This post is about application in Phuket.

Some offices require you to have both a Google Maps copy and a hand-drawn map. Some accept just one of them. Some ask you to have a hand-drawn map specifically.

wish there was some consistency. Renewed at Hua Hin last December and they weren't interested in my beautiful hand drawn map or a Google map.
