TLDR : Answer Summary
A Slovenian passport holder can enter Thailand multiple times for short trips, especially by air, without a strict limit. However, after several visits, immigration officers may inquire about the purpose of stay. If entering by land, there are restrictions, allowing only two entries per calendar year without a visa. It is advisable to have a return flight, hotel bookings, and sufficient cash to support your visit.

if you come over land it is limited to 2 times a calendar year without a visa, by air it is unlimited but after several visits Immigration Officers could ask you for your purpose of stay and visits

I am in the same situation. I am based in Myanmar and have to do a border bounce every 70 days.

Of course I like the amenities of the land of smiles, go there with return flight, hotel booking and cash. I usually only stay a few days in Thailand.

So far no problems, but I am alternating now with short trips to Singapore and Malaysia and try to have 3 months breaks between my visits to Thailand.
