Hello, the first year of my non imm spouse visa is coming to an end and its time to renew. Is it 2 or 3 months the 400k has to be in the bank before the application date?

Also, i know BKK bank requires 4 months, did any other banks sign on with this?

This will be done at CW immigration in BKK

Thanks for any information.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters suggests that the 400,000 THB must be in the bank for at least 2 months for the initial application and 3 months for renewal for a Non-Immigrant Spouse Visa in Thailand. There is mention of Bangkok Bank having a specific requirement of 4 months for issuing a letter to immigration, while other banks like Kasikorn Bank (Kbank) may not have this strict rule. It's advised to keep the funds in the bank continuously and not touch them.

3 months before for the initial application and 4 months before for the renewal. It is best to put the money in the bank all year round in an account and not touch it.

2 months. As far as I'm aware only Bangkok Bank has a 4 month rule regarding issuing a letter to immigration
