I have received my NonO 3 month visa in August 22. Of 2021

On November 22 of 2021 I got my first retirement 1 year visa which is good till November 22 of 2022.

This year I will need to renew my retirement visa again. How many months prior to November 22nd I must have 800k in my bank account?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your retirement visa in Thailand, you need to have 800,000 THB in your bank account at least 2 months before your application date, rather than on the last day of your current visa. Ensure you maintain this amount for the required period leading up to your November 22nd renewal.

You are on an extension, not a visa anymore.

You have to have 800K thb in your bank account 2 months prior to the application date, not the last day of your current extension. Ensure you had 800K in your bank account until around the end of February (for 3 months after you were granted the current extension), and you have had at least 400K in your account since then.

Here is the general information about an extension application based on retirement. You NEED to go to your local immigration office to get the latest handout for the requirements just before you apply for next year's extension.
