For getting an extension to a Non-O visa does the 800k need to be in the bank for 2 calender months or 60 days?.
I went back above the 800k limit on 21st April so think I can't get my extension tomorrow as planned but will have to wait until Monday. I imagine there is no leeway even flying back for mothers funeral....
Anyone have other experiences....?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To qualify for an extension to a Non-O visa in Thailand, the 800,000 THB must be held in the bank for a full two calendar months. Some users mentioned differing interpretations of timelines, with one suggesting that applications could be made on the 61st day in specific areas like Phangnga, while others experienced misunderstandings with immigration staff regarding the exact dates for applying based on their visa expiry.

Well I tried today at Chiang mai immigration and they were happy with everything until the last person to check my paperwork and wouldn't issue the extension as she calculated that I couldn't apply until tomorrow as my Visa runs out on Aug 2nd and 45 days before is June 19th not June 18th despite her colleagues agreeing 45 days before is June 18th...... what a bummer.
