I want to get a Thai tourist visa electronically and leave Cambodia as soon as possible.
How long does it take for them to process the E-Visa? I am an US citizen.

Cambodia you need to go to the consulate and get visa
I think you can apply for Thai Visa from Thai embassy US (LA, DC, the others). There is one member in this group said they pulled a visa while in Turkey from Thai embassy in US. When I did applied for my visa, from US, they only asked which embassy I wanted to use, there was no verification that I was in the US at the time.
nope not unless you lie to the system and say you're in your country when you're applying ๐ the system will lock you out of you put in USA and then select Cambodia as the country you're in and it will say "slog on over and apply for the tourist visa at the thai consulate in Phnom Penh like everyone else does in Cambodia" OR something close to that ๐
if you go e visa website type in your citizenship and your location it will tell you to go to the embassy. Only takes two days and you havent got thai pass yet
they say to allow 7 days for thai pass. Although people get in a lot less time if do everything correctly look in topics test&go and you will see lots of helpful tips.
