I presume you get the Thailand Pass before applying for TR60?

Unless you already have everything required for STV like the medical clearance, special insurance, and pre-paid lodging with the tax ID, it's unlikely in 9 days.

its happening. The STV has many more parts to it. Time for approval really depends on whether one has all required ready to submit.

The Thai Embassy's are saying up to 15 business days for visa approvals...especially the STV which has added requirements.

Look at your Thai Embassy website...

Also you will need a Thailand Pass to enter.
