Hi all , my boys in EU university now and would like to come back during their summer school break, they have requested the 3 month’s tourist visa through thailand evisa online and paid. But it takes so long and no response or feed back for more documents yet. Anyone know how long it takes for them to issue such visa? Thank you ahead 🙏(I am just so worried their visas will not be issued before the flight on 23rd May.😅)

I know what website you used. The application still gets sent to a Thai embassy that's selected inside the form. Therefore you still haven't answered the question about which embassy is processing the application.

You can clearly see in Phil's screenshot that it's the embassy in London processing the application he showed.

You need to check the website of the embassy or consulate they applied through. There should be time frames for visas on the website.

Each embassy is different.
