How do I transfer my student visa to a new passport and when should I do it?

Hi all

I have a new passport arriving in about 2 weeks time and I have 2 related questions to it.

1. How do I transfer my current student visa onto my new passport.

2. Do I have to transfer it immediately, or can I transfer it when I do my next extension (Which is at the end of June).

Thanks in advance.
