ORIGINAL POSTER
I am seeking information regarding my extension. Upon my arrival, I received a 60-day stamp; however, my return flight to the UK is not scheduled until the end of April. Could you please inform me of the necessary documents? Should I provide photographs and specific dimensions? Additionally, is there anything else required for obtaining an extra 30-day stamp extension? Thank you for your assistance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 60-day visa stamp by an additional 30 days in Thailand, you generally need to present several documents: your original passport, a photocopy of the photo page, a photocopy of the entry stamp, a passport-sized photograph, the TM30 form obtained from your hotel or landlord, and a fee of 1,900 baht. You may also need to fill out form TM7 and possibly STM2 and STM9, depending on the specific immigration office.
