TLDR : Answer Summary
For the 90-day check-in at Thai immigration, the required documents can vary by office. Generally, most responders mentioned needing the TM47 form and a passport. In some locations like Chiang Mai, the TM30 is also required, which has become a common necessity recently. It's advised to check the specific requirements of the local immigration office you plan to visit, as the needed documents can change.

I needed my passport, tm47, and tm30

Tm30 seems to be new since a lot of people had to line up at the photocopy center to print their tm30. Prior to going, others told me that I didn't need it, and only needed my passport, tm47, and copy of my visa, entry stamp, and passport.

They didn't look or take my copy of my visa, entry stamp, and passport.

Applied to my boyfriend as well
