Got my fresh 30 day TR visa stamp at Chaeng Wattana today (8/5/21). Process was super quick. Showed up at 14:30 and got out at 14:50. I was que number 100.

Forms that I filled out there, asked the information booth there if you don't have them prior.

1. TM7

1. STM.2

Stuff I had on hand.

1. 1900 Baht

1. Passport

1. Copy of Passport Photo Page

1. Copy of TM6 w/ stamp of arrival

1. 2x2 photo

Nope, no TM 30.

Bangkok usually doesn't require TM30 for a 30days tourism extension.
