I'm wondering if when I apply for the visa and it asks for the duration of the course if I put 4 years as I will be attending a 4 year program at a University. Or just 90 days as that's that initial stamp.
For the covid insurance coverage it says it needs to cover the duration of my stay. Will I need proof of coverage for 4 years or just 90 days?
Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is seeking clarification on the duration to declare when applying for an education visa in Thailand for a 4-year university program. They are also asking about the insurance requirements, specifically whether proof of coverage is needed for the entire 4 years or just the initial 90 days. A comment suggests that the duration filled in for the stay may not be critical, and that insurance coverage should only be for the duration of the initial entry, with additional requirements for re-entry.

Your insurance only has to cover you for the length of what you enter the country on. Just beware that after you extend your 90 to the annual visa, if you leave and enter again, you'll need insurance that covers you for the rest of the time on your stamp.
