TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a dependant infant's visa in Thailand, the main visa holder (e.g., a parent) must provide a sponsorship letter assuming financial responsibility for the child. This includes submitting a bank statement and the child's birth certificate. It's common to use the same bank statement that was used for the main application, along with additional proof of income, to demonstrate sufficient financial means to support the dependent in Thailand.

I showed my same bank statement that I did for my own application as well as other proof of income, and stating within a “cover letter” I made that my income is sufficient to cover my dependent while in Thailand.

The parent/main DTV holder will write a sponsorship letter assuming financial responsibility for the child and showing their bank statement and child's birth certificate.
