No need, you get cash from any ATM here with ur card , then you top up at 7eleven

I get 2% refund on Credit Card use. But nothing on money withdrawals, but I have to pay 250 THB. So why would I do that?!Anonymous ******************

250 is a lot, for example if you're withdrawing 300 baht, it's almost 100%. If you withdraw 1,000 baht it's still 25%.

Anonymous participant 777 if you have a Non class or long term visa not tourist DTV as an example. For me personally, , it is a waste of time.... I can use Prompt Pay or scan from my bank accounts.
