How can I resolve the issue with the Address Information field not working on the Thai visa application form?

It does work, there is a pull down menu with city councils.

From the right of my street it is in Bangkok, the left side belongs to the Samut Prakan Province.

Once you are in (that pull down menu) you can enter your address, it will give you their jurisdiction.

I need it only for the TDAC online form, has worked 4 times now.

I use Google Chrome browser.

This field can be a bit touchy. Try logging out, clearing your browser cache and trying again.
