Trying to get a 30 day extention and will be applying myself for the first time, (on top of my 60 day stamp expiring next week) but while trying to get the TM30 receipt I'm stuck on this page as I'm not able to save my actual entry date as a pop up says " Check in date must be within 24hrs". Any advice on what I should do? ( Note : the house I'm staying at is rented by my mother who is retired here)

Change the date to whatever works. It doesn't really matter what you put in there.

Make sure to fill every field and then press confirm. All thai government sites are buggy and poorly designed, so you have to fiddle with them until they work.

Since you've logged in already I'm assuming that the particular property you're staying at is listed and selected to do the report? Regardless, just use today's date and only fill in the fields with an asterisk.

Just change the check-in date to the previous day (within 24 hours), this is not an issue.

Just change the date to today and submit it. It doesn't really matter as long as there is a TM30 in the system at the address you are trying to extend with.

Make sure you grab the PDF it gives you as well.

Assuming you got the login details or the documents required from the owners to register your accommodation on this page?

there is another excel form below what you show on your screen that needs to be completed to finish submission. you can file it yourself BUT you need a statutory declaration form the mother in law signs with you to say you can do this on her behalf, also her id card, house register and chanote. otherwise she must do it.

You should get your mother's landlord to file a TM30 stating you live there and get the receipt from them

They obviously have the login-details to do it themselves.

You should have done it within 24hrs of your arrival.

The date required is when you checked-in (or arrived) at the property, which must be a maximum of 24 hours after you checked in/arrived. It does not require your actual entry date (i.e. when you entered Thailand).
