TLDR : Answer Summary
Users suggested several methods to pay the monthly water bill without a bank account while holding a DTV Visa. The primary recommendation is to pay in cash at a 7-Eleven convenience store, which can handle various bill payments, especially for customers of Pranburi Water. For other areas, such as Hua Hin, users advised going directly to the water company. Other options include using a Thai e-wallet like True Money, which allows cash top-ups for bill payments.

If it’s Hua Hin Water you need to go to the water company opposite the fire station. Only Pranburi Water can be paid at the 7-11
