TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about applying for a 30-day visa in Udon Thani, Thailand, as their Retirement Visa is set to expire. Responses indicate that a 30-day extension is not possible for a Retirement Visa. Instead, the user has options including a 60-day extension due to COVID-19 circumstances or a year-long extension based on age and financial criteria. Requirements for the 60-day extension involve specific documentation and a fee, while the one-year extension requires proof of income or funds. It's advised to consult local immigration for current procedures and requirements.

I read your prior history, and you do not meet the requirements for a one year extension of stay based on retirement because you did not season the 800K THB for two months. Your only option is to apply for a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19.
I am closing comments. Thank you.

As people pointed out there is no 30 day extension on a "retirement visa"
You have two choices, either meet the requirements and apply for a year extension of stay OR apply for a 60 day covid extension to buy you the time.

Get to your local immigration office today. Get the list from them what you need. Order the annual bank statement showing proof of seasoned funds today. Tell them it's urgent.
Yes I realised but hopefully, he will realise how urgent and precarious his position. I reckon some people just don't use calendars anymore.....

A non imm O or Non Imm O-A Visa or Extension of Stay cannot normally be extended by just 30 days

You can not get a "30 day" visa from a Non-O visa based on retirement. You can get one of the two extension of stays:
1: 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19:
Different immigration offices have different requirements, but all require the following:
1. Your passport and:
a. a copy of your data ("picture") page
b. a copy of your most recent visa (if you have one)
c. a copy of your most recent stamp
d. a copy of your departure card
2. A TM30, filed in the immigration office.
3. The forms (each immigration office may have different forms, and ant to use their special forms)
4. A letter from your embassy saying you can not return, OR a print out from your embassy website saying they don’t issue the letters, OR a print out of a letter from the embassy saying they don't issue those letters.
5. 2x passport pictures
6. 1,900 THB.
Different immigration offices have different policies. *SOME* may require:
- The ID card of the property owner where you are staying
- Copies of *ALL* stamped pages in your passport
2: One year extension of stay based on being over 50. You will need either 65K THB a month in income overseas, a letter from your embassy saying you make 65K THB a month, OR 800K THB seasoend in a Thai bank account for at least 2 months.
