TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a certificate of residence in Thailand, you need to apply at the immigration office. Required documents include one passport photo, copies of your passport bio and visa pages, and a lease agreement. It may also be beneficial to acquire a blue book, which is commonly associated with residence and is useful for expats.
