TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a visa while living with your girlfriend in Thailand without a formal lease, you can use her address as your residence. It's advisable to provide supporting documents such as a rental contract from her place if possible, an invitation letter, and a copy of her ID. Additionally, you can fill out the TM30 form online, which allows you to declare your residence at her house.

You can fill TM 30 online and upload the house registration of your gf's house.. You will get a downloadable TM 30.
