TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a receipt for your visa payment made online at the Thai embassy, you can follow several methods suggested by the community. One user noted that the embassy provides a folder icon with a drop-down menu that includes an option for a payment receipt. It’s advisable to save this as a PDF for your records. Additionally, some users recommend taking screenshots of the payment confirmation page and keeping a record of all transactions for reference. Note that only specific locations, like 7-11, may offer physical receipts.

Hover or click the folder icon(far right of your application). There is a drop down menu, one of which was payment receipt. I saved it as a pdf file, then printed it out to include it as part of documents sent to the Embassy. It went very smoothly, but did take a solid 15 days to get my Visa back.

Screen shot every page of every transaction for everything so you have a record. You can always delete it later but it’s too late if you didn’t.

In Thailand, only 7-11 gives receipts.
