How Can I Obtain a Receipt for the Section 38 Residence Notification App?

I have a question about the Section 38 residence notification app. My wife registered and filled all the information in on time after coming back from overseas. I went to immigration for my 90 report and they asked for the receipt from the website. I didn't see any link from which I was to print anything out. Where or how am I supposed to do that?

Not necessarily the case, you should print it and staple in passport. I've come unstuck with that
