Big thanks to everyone who answered my questions and shared their experiences — your advice really helped!
For anyone curious about the process:
I submitted my documents on August 20, and on August 21 they asked me to provide recommendation letters and my portfolio. I sent everything in, and just 15 minutes later I got an invitation for an interview scheduled on August 27.
The interview itself lasted maybe five minutes and had a super relaxed, friendly vibe more like chatting with a friend. They only asked me to show proof of funds at the bank and my portfolio on my phone.
Just two hours after the interview, I got the notification that my visa had been approved. The whole process took exactly 7 days from submission to final approval.
Once again, huge thanks to everyone for your help and support! 🙌

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user shared their experience regarding the Thai visa application process, detailing that they received approval only 7 days after submission. After submitting documents, they were asked for recommendation letters and a portfolio, followed by a friendly 5-minute interview where they had to show proof of funds. They received their visa approval notification just 2 hours post-interview.
You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.
Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
was the interview online? how did they ask you to show the funds??? did u not provide the bank report before or they wanted you to open the bank app in front of them? thanks and congrats!
