Answer summary
A Bangladeshi passport holder is seeking assistance in obtaining a 5-year multiple entry D2V visa for Thailand, having traveled to Thailand multiple times. Responses in the comments suggest contacting a Thai visa center, with some stating that a D2V visa does not exist. It is recommended to apply for the DTV visa through the official Thai eVisa website and ensure eligibility through qualifying activities such as remote work. Additionally, trusted travel agencies can assist in the application process.

First, you qualify for the DTV visa by either registering for a soft power activity, medical treatment, or something else that qualifies. Or if you are a remote worker, you can qualify that way.
Then you gather all the proof and apply for the visa through the Thai e-visa system
