How can I follow up on my DTV visa application at the Royal Thai Embassy in Manila?

Oct 27, 2025
Tomorrow will be the 10th business day since I first raised and paid for my DTV my application (Royal Thai Embassy Manila).

The timeline is

14 Oct - applied/paid

16 Oct - request for further docs (2) / submitted same day

20 Oct - request for further doc (1) / submitted same day

I have seen from posts here before to follow up only after the 10th business day has elapsed. Does anyone what channels /contact info to use to follow up from the Manila embassy? Of course, I'm hoping i wont have to do all this and that the approval is out hopefully by tomorrow.

----

Received approval 31st Oct, a 13-day turn-around time since the application was lodged.

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user initially inquired about following up on their Thai DTV visa application after 10 business days had elapsed since submission, expressing hope for imminent approval. They received their approval after 13 days, leading to comments that highlighted the need to consider that the processing timeline can reset with requests for additional documents, therefore ensuring patience and understanding of potential delays due to Thai holidays is advised.

You need to allow for Thai holidays, just chill, go and take some Filipino’s out for dinner, have a few beers🤷🏾‍♀️

The Manila website says normal processing time is 10-15 business days if documents are complete. If request for additional documents are asked, it will add time, possibly resetting the clock

The counting of days resets when they ask for documents, so you would be on day 5
